Spring Faves + My Current To-Read List

Hey there friends! Today I’ve rounded up some of my favorite Spring items that I’ve been seeing in stores and online. Some items I have and others are on my little “wish list” I’ve also included my current “to read list” and books I’d like to get for my little people.

I get so many comments on my wall calendar, unfortunately I’m not able to find it on Amazon anymore. I can only see their 2019 calendar…here… which says it won’t be released until August of this year. I’ve rounded up a few others that I think are sooo pretty!

Wooden Magnifying Glass // Children’s Garden Tools // Pollinator Push Pop

How cute is that magnifying glass? I saw they offer personalization on them as well. I definitely want to pick those up for the boys. I’m planning to spend the Spring and Summer doing as much nature study as we can and I think that would definitely come in handy! I also can’t wait to get my hands out in the garden this year. I just need the weather to start cooperating. I love these little push gardens and the children’s garden tool set! We recently bought a whole bunch of seeds and I’m so looking forward to planting them with my little dudes!

If you saw my post on Insta then you know I’m in love with my new bunny pillows from my friend Rachel, Indigo Tangerine – she’s offering 15% off for her new website launch!! I’ve linked the pillows below for you below. I also got the boys a mini mat from Gathre and they loooove looking at all the different countries! In fact we just used it today. We were learning a little bit about continents, oceans and different landforms.

To Read: For Mama

I’m currently reading How to Raise a Wild Child and I’m really enjoying it! I recently found out my local library offers an app that allows you to borrow “online” 5 free books/movies etc. They have so many selections available. I’ve been trying to focus my time on life-giving things, rather than mindlessly picking up my phone when I’m bored or have free time. This app is allowing me free access to so many books, Ive been able to get more “reading” in while still being productive with my household tasks. Here are a couple other books I’d like to read!

How to Raise a Wild Child // The Read Aloud Family // Creative Family Manifesto Book

To Read: For Littles

Both my boys looooove The Magic Treehouse Series. I just bought them the next 4 books in the series and they are so excited to continue their adventures with Jack and Annie. During school time I usually read 1-2 books aloud to the boys so I’ve been trying to find Spring related books to borrow from the library for our read-aloud time. If one or all of the books end up being loved I’ll probably purchase them for our own little home library! Here are a few of the titles on my list.

Flowers are Calling // Over and Under the Pond // Have you heard the nesting bird? // The little raindrop // The Magic Treehouse //  Curiositree

Are there any favorites reads you’ve had lately for yourself or your kiddos? I’d love to hear about them! Leave me a comment below and let me know!

Blessings!

I’ve linked our Reading Log here, feel free to print it out and use it at home. I love keeping track of all of the books my son has read or that we’ve read together!
